Our healthy cooking classes look at simple ways to introduce new foods and quick, healthy recipes into your diet that will really inspire you. It’s all about small, simple changes that really make a big difference to your health and well being.
You will acquire new techniques and discover new recipes and ingredients that make cooking easy, fun and rewarding. All of our classes and workshops give you the opportunity to get stuck into the cooking, learn about the science of nutrition and enjoy a full meal with drinks afterwards – all in a social, relaxing and inspiring atmosphere .All the ingredients and equipment is provided, as well as comprehensive handouts, soft drinks and complimentary wine or cocktails – all you need to bring is a sense of fun and a healthy appetite.

Toral's had lots of training at prestigious cooking schools such as Le Cordon Bleu and chefs from restaurants around London such as Mehernosh Mody from La Porte des Indes and Ursula Ferrigno. She loves food and creating healthy recipes with the best seasonal, local produce to suit your life and tastebuds.
