Optimising health to prevent disease workshop from 7pm until 9.45pm

(Including full healthy meal, soft drinks, recipes and comprehensive handouts)

This workshops looks at simple ways to make lasting changes to your lifestyle and diet by sharing evidence based biohacks to optimise health, introducing new foods and quick, healthy recipes into your diet that will really inspire you. It’s all about small, simple changes that really make a big difference to your health and well being. Whilst this workshop can't help cure cancer, heart or other disease, the recommended dietary and lifestyle changes should help to reduce your risk of disease.
The workshop includes a full meal and a booklet for you to monitor your own food diary, useful tips for healthy eating, moving and sleeping along with a list of helpful resources.
