Becoming vegan is an increasing trend, with over 542000 people (1% of the population) in the UK identifying with being vegan or plant based in 2016. With this shift to a more plant based diet, it's even more important than ever to ensure that we are getting all the micronutrients that we require, particularly Vitamins B and D, omega 3 fatty acids and iron. In this workshop, I will show you how to transition to a vegan diet in healthy way so that you have the optimum nutrient levels to live a happy and healthy life and enjoy delicious meals.
