This class looks at simple ways to introduce new foods and quick, healthy recipes into your diet that will really inspire you. It’s all about small, simple changes that really make a big difference to your health and well being. Whilst this workshop can't help cure cancer, heart or other disease, the recommended dietary and lifestyle changes should help to reduce your risk of disease.
The class includes a booklet for you to monitor your own food diary, useful tips for healthy eating and items that you can switch in your diet along with a fantastic goodie bag.
Along this vein, our head chef, Toral Shah is busy writing a healthy eating cookbook, which focuses on the nutrition and science behind each cancer and disease busting ingredient. A portion of profits from the book will be donated to WCRF, Breast Cancer Now and The Haven.
