The Balanced Vegan - how to transition healthily to a plant based diet.

Becoming vegan is an increasing trend, with over 542000 people (1% of the population) in the UK identifying with being vegan or plant based in 2016. With this shift to a more plant based diet, it's even more important than ever to ensure that we are getting all the micronutrients that we require, particularly Vitamins B and D, omega 3 fatty acids and iron. In this workshop, I will show you how to transition to a vegan diet in healthy way so that you have the optimum nutrient levels to live a happy and healthy life and enjoy delicious meals.

This class helps you to find creative alternatives so that you are not missing the dairy from your diet. Food can still be innovative, delicious and nutritious. We ensure that you are getting enough calcium and other micronutrients.

All classes will focus on seasonal food, helping you to create delicious meals, so that you are satisfied both physically and mentally.
