Brunch has quickly become one of the most important meals of the day for many Londoners, including myself. Living in the City means I'm spoilt for choice so I'm always on the lookout for new and innovative brunch spots to share with my friends, or sometimes simply in pursuit of the runniest yolk or the smoothest hollandaise!

I'd noticed members of the Daisy family popping up around London for awhile- a collection of six unique Australian inspired cafes offering all day dining and drinks. I was keen to visit, not only for the artisan coffee and notoriously delicious brunch offerings but also for their quirky and colourful decor.

As it so happened, I was invited to a bottomless brunch one Sunday last month along with follow food bloggers, Stephanie from Eat with Steph, Anja of Steak & Merlot, Duyku, EatnLondon, Felicia, Dancing in High Heels and Katy, the PR from Market Fresh.

We visited the Paddington Basin 'Beany Green' branch, right by the canal, for a girly catch up over bottomless mimosas and coffees. The beautiful bright interiors did not disappoint and neither did the extensive menu. I finally decided on the 'Fancy Bacon Roll' with avocado, which our friendly waitress heartedly recommended. This was indeed much more than a bacon roll. Gorgeously crisp back bacon, coupled with perfectly poached eggs and coated in The Ribman's Holy F*ck Hollandaise, resting on a soft and flaky naan pillow. We followed this up by sharing the Coconut Bread French Toast (Gluten-Free) and their famously delicious 'Banana Bread Sandwich' to try soak up some of the many mimosas! Check out photographs of some of the food below.

There were plenty of healthier options on offer too, all created using fresh produce, such as the summer porridge, smoothies and Daisy's famous activated charcoal sourdough. I'm looking forward to my next brunch date at a different Daisy location to sample what delicious treats they have on offer.
