This bakery is worth travelling all the way to Stratford for! I've only been for a private party but all the food was delicious ranging from fresh focaccia, beautiful cakes and biscuits, tarts and more. 

Alberto, the owner, is an agronomist and has consulted for companies all around the world. Since meeting his partner, he has settled in London and pursued his inherent Italian passion for baking. This passion led him to create this bakery and shop. He's thought about every single detail and where all his produce comes from. In baking, the flour is key and most of what Alberto uses is from Shipton Mill.

I didn't have any coffee etc. but am guessing that the same passion for provenance is extrapolated to everything that Signorelli produces. It is well worth a visit and I will be back!
