Ingredients (makes 20 pancakes - per pancake: 51 kcal, 5g protein, 1g fat, 6g carbs)

100g Bench pressed oats - chocolate

250g cottage cheese (2.2g fat)

200g Quark

5 (150g) egg whites – (10 tbsp of Two Chicks egg whites from carton)

1 (50g) egg

50ml semi-skimmed milk

20g Green and Black's cocoa powder

4 tsp (20g) agave nectar

  1. Combine the ingredients together in a bowl and mix with the stick blender.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and brush lightly with oil of your choice.
  3. When hot, carefully spoon 4 large tablespoons of the batter to make pancakes approx. 7cm – i.e. diameter of a glass.
  4. When the edges start to roll up and bubbles appear, flip the pancakes.
  5. Allow to cook for another minute or 90 seconds.
  6. Serve hot with 1 cup of berries or some protein ice-cream such as Whey Hey.
